North Shore Kia has an immediate opening for a Licensed Red Seal Automotive Technician.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs with efficiency in accordance with dealership standards and manufacturer specifications.
Test-drive vehicles and use advanced diagnostic tools and service equipment to identify and resolve issues.
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more.
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to ensure customers receive timely and accurate updates.
Provide accurate repair time estimates and maintain detailed service records.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant with all safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Red Seal Automotive Service Technician Certification (Government-issued license).
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed technician (Kia or Hyundai experience an asset, but not required).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Valid BC driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 44 hours per week

Pay Range: $47.00-50.00 per hour (based on experience & certifications)
