Ourstate-of-the-art Cardinal Kia service facilitywill feature:

16 mechanical service bays
Full on-site body shop
High-volume drive-through service reception
Hunter Quick Check inspection technology
Advanced diagnostic tools and service technology
Canadas first EV Canopy with 12 charging stations

This facility is being designed to supporthigh production, modern diagnostics, and advisor success.

Compensation: $65,000 $105,000+ annually

We are looking for professionals who:

Take pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences
Understand how to identify maintenance opportunities honestly
Are comfortable selling bothservice and parts solutions
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers

Previous experience as a Parts Advisor, or strong customer service / sales professionalis welcomed.

We are also open to training the right high-energy candidate.

What you will do:

Assist technicians, service advisors, and retail customers with parts requests
Accurately source, order, and invoice parts in a timely manner
Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure parts are organized and accessible
Conduct regular inventory counts and support inventory control processes
Ensure all parts are billed correctly to the appropriate repair orders or departments
Communicate effectively with the Service and Sales teams to avoid delays
Identify and flag any discrepancies or issues proactively
