Salary:

$32.00 to $37.00 hourly (To be negotiated based on work experience) / A minimum of 35.00 to approximately 44.00 hours per week

Flexible hours: During the summer we might require weekends and overtime. Schedule year around is on call’ as the job is weather dependent (early morning, day, evening and nights may be required).

Responsibilities

Tasks

Plan the incorporation of landscape structures
Survey and assess designated sites
Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease
Plan and co-ordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses and other purposes
Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens
Assist with landscape constructions
Assist in preparing design, drawings and specifications
Perform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment

Public transportation is available but depending on where you reside and where the work location is in the Vancouver area, commute could be long.
