Tasks

Hire, supervise and schedule staffOrganize planting of trees, gardens and lawnsSchedule workPlan and direct grounds maintenancePlan and estimate labour and materialsOrganize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining wallsRequisition or order materials, equipment and suppliesResolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product qualityEstablish work schedules and proceduresSupervise and co-ordinate activities of workersHire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policiesPerform same duties as workers supervisedPerform snow maintenance operations including handling snowmaking and snow removal equipment
