Job Description

We are seeking a relief Pharmacist to provide relief coverage on various dates at our location in Tweed/Belleville. In this role, you will be the key to ensuring seamless daily operations, stepping into different store environments to maintain patient safety and deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense with Accuracy: Prepare and verify prescriptions while performing thorough clinical checks.
Engage with Patients: Provide expert counseling on medications and overall health management.
Deliver Clinical Services: Administer vaccines and offer other clinical services as per your certification.
Uphold Compliance: Ensure all actions comply with Ontario pharmacy regulations.
Lead & Adapt: Supervise pharmacy staff, manage workflow efficiently, and quickly adapt to new store systems and team dynamics.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or PharmD in Pharmacy.
Licensing: Active registration and good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP).
Technical Skills: Experience with PropelRx (paper-based) is considered a strong asset.
Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a community pharmacy setting preferred.
Core Strengths: A proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
