Coordinate telecommunication projects to ensure they meet requirements, budgets and deadlinesDirect and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operationsReview projects to ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations and government regulatory Establish and implement policies and proceduresTroubleshoot and resolve technical problemsOversee the preparation of reportsAdvise senior managementEnsure compliance with telecommunications regulations and directives of government regulatory agenciesHire, train, direct and motivate staffConsult with clients after sale to provide ongoing supportSupervise technicians, technologists, programmers, analysts and other engineersPrepare material cost and timing estimates, reports and design specificationsSet up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems
