🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

You’re not just booking appointments—you’re owning the customer experience from start to finish.

Be the face of Parkway Ford’s service department
Guide customers through their service journey with confidence and clarity
Translate technical information into clear, valuable recommendations
Accurately document customer concerns to ensure repairs are done right the first time
Identify and recommend additional services that genuinely benefit the customer
Deliver a seamless, high-energy experience from check-in to vehicle pickup

💥 What Makes You a Great Fit

✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Minimum 2+ years as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
✔ Strong automotive knowledge (Ford experience is a bonus—but not required)
