The Role We need a Highly Experienced Internal Creator Community Manager to build and energize our TikTok creator community. You’ll recruit, coach, and drive creators to turn TikTok Shops into a growth machine. What You’ll Do

Grow our creator network on Discord + WhatsApp
Recruit and onboard top TikTok creators
Deliver briefs + coaching for high-performing content
Run challenges, trainings, and engagement events
Track performance + optimize for growth
