Inventory Clerk – Saint-Laurent (Montreal)
Pay Rate: $21.50/hr
Location: Saint-Laurent, Montreal (must be comfortable relocating to Montreal East within 5 months)
Shift: 7am to 4:30pm

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse operations team in Saint-Laurent. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on inventory control experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, reporting findings to management
Maintain accurate filing systems and inventory documentation
Liaise between warehouse operations and clients, providing daily communication and required reports
Verify physical inventory counts against Warehouse Management System (WMS) records
Perform and schedule cycle counts, incidental audits, and location audits
Investigate and report inventory variances
Coordinate and participate in scheduled physical inventories as directed by the client
Process damaged inventory and complete month-end cutoff procedures
Support management with space utilization and inventory availability planning
Deliver prompt client responses and escalate feedback appropriately

Qualifications & Experience:

Completion of secondary school preferred
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Inventory Control experience in a warehouse environment
Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Red Prairie (RP)
Clamp experience considered an asset

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexible, team-oriented, and capable of working independently
Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
