Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Line Cook and Restaurant Supervisor for an on-site role at our Aurora, ON location. This dual position involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen, maintaining food safety standards, and assisting with the overall supervision of restaurant operations. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring food quality, and fostering a positive team environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests through both culinary excellence and effective team leadership.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and the ability to motivate and lead a diverse staff in a restaurant environment Proven expertise in Customer Service and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction standards to enhance the guest dining experience Effective Communication skills to coordinate between kitchen staff, servers, and management Comprehensive knowledge of Food & Beverage preparation, presentation, and food safety regulations Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced culinary environment Previous experience in supervising restaurant operations and a strong understanding of Vietnamese cuisine is an asset Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Languages: Vietnamease, English
