Tuesday-Saturday,9:00AM 5:00PM (No Evenings!)

About the Role

Pockit Self Storage is one of Manitobas leadingself-storageproviders, andwerelooking for a motivated, sales-minded team member to join us. This is a hands-on role whereyoulldrive occupancy, help customers find the right storage solution, and keep our facilities running at their best all ina largely independentwork environment with real room to grow.

What YoullDo

Managerentals and occupancy by presentingavailable units, pricing, and promotions to prospective customers.

Follow up with leads consistently to explore every opportunity to convert inquiries into rentals.

Prepare and manage rental agreements and contracts.

Processrentalpayments.

Participate invendor management andAccounts Payable processes.

Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to minimize outstanding balances.

Maintaining units and general curb appeal.

Conduct daily site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and security standards are met.

Perform opening and closing procedures andmaintainthe facility to Company standards.

Who WereLooking For

Outgoing, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently

Sales-oriented withstrong communicationand customer-facing skills

Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

Strongcomputerproficiency.

Bonus if you have experiencein:retail, rentals, sales, hotel/property management, or a keyholder/supervisory role but notrequired!
