What's The Role?

Were looking for a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening sales processes, and creating a culture of accountability and performance.

Youll oversee team performance, pipeline health, and forecasting while ensuring the team is consistently working toward monthly and quarterly revenue targets. This role combines leadership and execution: youll spend time coaching your team, improving processes, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the sales function is operating effectively.

The right person for this role is both strategic and practical. You can step back and see how the system should work, but youre also comfortable getting into the details to help your team close deals, manage their pipeline, and improve performance.

Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, onboard, and develop members of the sales team
Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions and team meetings to support development and address at-risk accounts
Monitor team performance and hold individuals accountable to established KPIs
Provide ongoing coaching, role-play, and training around objection handling and sales effectiveness
Provide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer insights, and opportunities
Collaborate with operations and other departments to improve reporting, processes, and overall efficiency
Own team revenue targets, including new business and/or MRR goals
Review pipeline activity and optimize pipeline management within Salesforce
Forecast revenue and identify risks or opportunities across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles
Identify performance gaps and implement strategies to improve results

Required Experience & Skills

Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB.
37+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent corporate work experience.
2+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality.
Strong understanding of marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and forecast revenue.
Experience in dental, aesthetics, or eye care industries is considered an asset.
