About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Experiential Project Manager who excels at delivering high-impact events and experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale corporate events, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining budgets to deliver world-class experiences.

Responsibilities

Manage projects with individual budgets of up to $3 million.
Translate client briefs into clear visions, objectives, activities, and outcomes, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, guiding them from initial concept to flawless execution.
Coordinate with third parties and vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
Take ownership of event budgets, focusing on cost management and delivering savings.
Proactively manage project issues and risks, implementing action plans to keep projects on track.
Provide on-site event management and oversight, with occasional travel required (up to 20%).

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in event project management within a global environment, including large-scale and high-profile events.

Ability to lead, nurture, and support your team while delivering through others.
A learner mindset, embracing curiosity and reflection to continuously improve.
Advanced knowledge of event production, combined with a history of delivering highly professional, world-class events.
Proven track record of end-to-end project delivery, from briefing to execution and evaluation.
Experience managing third-party suppliers and ensuring compliance with safety and risk management standards.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships and manage expectations.
