Account Supervisor (Advertising Account Manager, NOC 11202)

On behalf of your clients, youll manage the day-to-day team through creating, iterating, and executing creative campaigns. Youll foster a healthy team environment for creative work while adding the right balance of structure and process to help the team operate effectively.

You have a love for big ideas and you know how to get things done. You have a knack for building relationships, building the right processes youre a connector of ideas and people. Youre detail-oriented, highly organized, and know how to prioritize your time and effort across many projects and moving pieces.

The opportunity:

With the team, youll manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and the projects ship on time, and on budget.
Support the team in the management of tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution.
With support, review and manage project budgets responsibly.
Support the creative team, and the cross-functional agency teams in delivering holistic marketing plans.
Be an active contributor to a positive, innovative, collaborative, and cooperative work environment.
Be action and solution oriented.
Ensure all communications reflect Rethink standards and contribute to a positive client experience.
Coach and mentor junior staff.

What you'll bring:

5+ years experience in marketing or advertising.
Bachelors degree, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Proven experience executing various marketing initiatives (digital, content, social, or email marketing).
Demonstrated ability in project planning, from initiating, planning, executing, and closing projects on time and within scope.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
A passion for continuing to grow your craft.
Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
A "can-do" attitude no ask is too big or too small for you.
A entrepreneurial spirit you take ownership of your work and bring fresh thinking to the table.
A proactive approach you can see the destination, and you know how to build the path there.
Proficient with business software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Drive, and e-mail.
