Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance. Responsibilities:

Repair or replace faulty components, including belts, gears, motors, and hydraulic systems.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure minimal downtime during repairs.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations during maintenance procedures.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.

Skills:

Proven experience as a mechanic or in a similar maintenance role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.
Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems efficiently.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Good communication skills for documenting work and collaborating with team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with computerized diagnostic tools and welding or fabrication abilities.
