Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely on a daily basis
Receive, inspect, and process incoming stainless steel shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to spec
Load and unload trucks; verify quantities and shipping documents
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse
Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation

REQUIREMENTS

Valid certified forklift operator license (counterbalance or reach truck) — required
1–2+ years of experience operating warehouse machinery
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
Reliable personal transportation to our Mississauga facility
Must be willing to complete a criminal background check

ASSET (NICE TO HAVE)

Previous experience in steel, metals, or industrial distribution
Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software
Strong attention to detail and comfort following documented procedures

Location: Mississauga, ON (on-site, no remote)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Employment Type: Permanent
