Who We're Looking For:

We’re looking for someone with a rare mix of talents - a bit of a unicorn, we know. If you love branding and design and bring a developer’s skill set to the table, you’re exactly the kind of person we're looking for.

You’re as comfortable coding sleek, high-performing websites as you are crafting eye-catching, on-brand visuals. You can take an idea, a mood board, or the barest sketch of a direction and turn it into a site that feels intentional, polished, and built to perform.

You move easily between design and development: seamless UX, pixel-perfect layouts, functional and optimized builds. WordPress and Webflow are familiar territory, and you know your way around Figma, Adobe Suite, and the integrations that keep things running smoothly. Zapier is second nature to you, and experience with Elementor is a bonus for templated builds and updates.

You’re the type who notices UX patterns before most people notice the layout. You bring ideas that elevate projects and thrive in that quiet intersection where structure meets innovation and where a small kick of creativity keeps things interesting.

You care about the details without losing sight of the bigger picture. You take initiative, communicate clearly, and carry yourself with the kind of grounded confidence that makes collaboration easy. You’re calm under pressure, curious by default, and creative in a way that doesn’t need to announce itself.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Creative

Use brand guidelines as a foundation for thoughtful, cohesive, and intentional creative work.
Develop logos and visual brand assets that align with - and elevate - each brand’s identity.
Build strong, on-brand visuals for websites, and digital experiences.

Web Design & Development

Design and develop custom WordPress and Webflow websites.
Build and update templated sites using Elementor when needed.
Translate your designs into functional websites through close collaboration in Figma.
Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
Implement custom coding and plugins to enhance functionality.
Manage integrations using tools and platforms like Zapier (and Klaviyo when applicable).
Provide ongoing website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
Stay current with design, UX, and development trends to keep our work sharp and forward-moving.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in web design and development.
Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, and Elementor.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (PHP is a plus).
Experience working within brand guidelines to produce cohesive visual assets.
Ability to design logos and build strong on-brand visuals for digital experiences.
Proficiency in Adobe Suite or similar design tools.
Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools.
Work confidently with tools and platforms like Zapier, Klaviyo, and Slack to keep projects moving smoothly.
Ability to build custom solutions that balance design and functionality.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Strong time management skills - deadlines don’t scare you.

Bonus Points:

Know your way around Figma or other prototyping tools
Have worked with digital advertising teams before
