This Opportunity

Supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies. Serves as a liaison between leaders of a business unit, division, or profit center and the corporate human resources function.
Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, which may include administration of compensation programs, training and development, employee relations, and affirmative action/equal employment opportunity compliance.
Collects and analyzes internal and external information in order to compare the organization’s HR practices to those prevailing in the market.
Ensures compliance with applicable labor laws or regulations.
Provides consultative guidance and coaching to leaders on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
Informs and implements organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the parent organization.
Support leaders navigating complex employee relations issues, investigations, and/or performance improvement plans.

Essential Qualifications

High school education or GED
Minimum six (6) years of HR experience

Preferred Qualifications

Six (6) years as a HRBP delivering corporate HR programs such as performance management, workforce planning, succession management, etc. at a mid to large size firm.
Previous experience at a mid-size professional services firm.
Familiarity with Workday.
Proven track record of implementing strategic HR initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to exercise effective discernment in nuanced situations.
Extensive experience with coaching senior leaders, with a proven ability to provide strategic guidance, foster leadership development, and drive organizational success through effective talent management and coaching practices.
Expert-level knowledge and experience interpreting and applying multi-state labor laws, with a demonstrated ability to comprehend complex legal regulations and translate them into practical workplace guidance.

Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $90,000 and $110,000 based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
