REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in the service industry
2 years experience as a Bartender in restaurants
Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere

Demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge; suggestive selling is natural
Plan, host and participate in special events with enthusiasm and excitement; pump it up and keep guests engaged; prepare in advance to create and maintain a high-energy, electric atmosphere.
Take ownership; see and act on opportunities to build sales and relationships and manage your bar business.
Team player; set the tone for high energy and fun; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure; include teammates in fun bar banter with guests.
A multi-tasker who thinks and acts quickly when responding to guests needs.
Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events
