Location: Etobicoke, Toronto, ON, Canada
Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | In Office

Job DescriptionHow You’ll Make an Impact:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our clients, guests, and associates. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a welcoming, safe, and organized environment at our Etobicoke location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, guests, and vendors, and ensure they sign in/out and receive a badge upon presenting valid ID
- Maintain a visitor log and request identification as needed
- Notify appropriate teams upon guest arrival
- Receive and route incoming telephone calls; escalate issues when necessary
- Process MAC forms and confirm proper equipment setup
- Maintain and update the Canada Directory with personnel changes
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable
- Receive incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence
- Maintain building access passes and inventory of office supplies
- Assist with Webex system setup in training rooms and the executive boardroom
- Provide occasional clerical assistance, such as facility management support
- Follow all provincial/local safety guidelines and company safety policies
- Report accidents/incidents promptly and maintain confidentiality at all times
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2 years of related work experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm in high-volume environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using communication tools like Outlook, Teams, Webex, and texting
- Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Able to work a flexible schedule, if required
- First Aid certification is an asset (not mandatory)
