Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and flair
Suggest drink pairings and create customized beverages based on guest preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
Stock, prep, and restock bar ingredients and garnishes
Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering and restocking supplies
Educate guests and staff on cocktail ingredients and bar offerings
Uphold a positive, energetic, and professional attitude at all times

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume or upscale environment
Proven mixology skills and knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
Smart Serve Certified (Ontario)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Creativity and passion for mixology and hospitality
Must be legal age to serve alcohol
