Foreman or Forewoman - North Vancouver

This role is for a working Foreman or Forewoman who is open to a mix of hands-on work and leading a small crew. The current project is in North Vancouver and possible future project locations include Vancouver, UBC, Squamish and other parts of the Lower Mainland.

Key Duties

Support the Site Superintendent and the Assistant Superintendent in the delivery of your project
Lead site labour and carpentry crews (typically 2-4 people)
Help promote and maintain a safe and clean jobsite
Other duties typical of an Foreperson

Requirements

Previous experience as a Foreperson
Carpenter experience on wood-frame construction projects
Willingness to lead and do hands on work as needed

Compensation

Hourly: $30 - $40/hour
Benefits: Medical and Dental plan
Vacation: 2 weeks
