Team Jordan is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, driven agents who want to take their business to the next level. This is a commission-based role designed for agents who are serious about building consistent income and long-term success. You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be stepping into a structured environment with proven systems, hands-on support, and real opportunities to grow.

Compensation is Commission-based. Typical earning potential: $100,000 – $250,000+ annually (performance-based, not guaranteed)

Responsibilities:

Work directly with buyers and sellers throughout Simcoe County
Build and nurture relationships within your database and community
Conduct showings, listing appointments, and client consultations
Negotiate offers and guide clients through key decisions
Focus on client experience and relationship management, while our team handles paperwork filing, compliance, and transaction coordination
Follow proven systems for communication, follow-up, and business growth
Build and grow your personal brand within the Team Jordan platform

Qualifications:

Licensed real estate agent in Ontario (or currently in the process of becoming licensed)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
Willingness to learn, implement systems, and take coaching
Business mindset with a long-term approach to business
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adopt new tools and systems
