Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

Previous minimum 5 years sales experience/2 years sales management experience required
Understand the full sales cycle of a deal - from cold call to implementation
Fluency in Mandarin and English and strong verbal communication skills
Strong experience using CRM Software
Goal-oriented self-starter who is dedicated to driving sales and growth
Organized and process-driven with a strong ability to research

Preferred Qualifications

Experience of managing a team
Real Estate related experience and connection
