FULL-TIME Excavation (Water/Sewer) Project and Operation Manager

Thibault Contracting Ltd is growing, and we are looking for an Excavation (Water/Sewer) Project and Operation Manager.

Trade city traffic for wide-open Peace River Country, with a balance of Office/boots-on-the-ground career. Reporting to the Owner, the successful candidate will oversee and direct all operations of the company. TCL is looking for an enthusiastic leader, with a very positive attitude, who will match our goals, support our team and make a lasting impact in our bi-lingual Town of Falher.

THIBAULT CONTRACTING LTD (TCL) brings authentic service to every customer, providing excavation, water and sewer services to the Smoky River Region and surrounding districts.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Excavation (Water/Sewer) Project and Operation Manager will oversee and direct all operations of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Excavation (Water/Sewer) Project and Operation Manager will oversee and direct all operations of the company

Manage resources (manpower, equipment and materials) on projects from beginning to end with attention to budgetary limitations

Estimating daily occurring jobs

Estimating both Lump Sum & Unit Rate Projects

Be in contact with customers and follow up

Resolve issues as they arise with internal personnel and external clients while maintaining positive working relationships

Prepare progress reports, documentation and manage project communications

Facilitate site meetings and inspections as required

Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and municipal representatives to ensure project requirements are met

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource plans

Field work (on-site) when required

Overall supervision when Owner is away

$150,000.00
