Position Details

Location: 403A-55 Head St, Dundas, Ontario
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview

As a Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Advisor, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. You will support clients through important life milestones—such as purchasing a vehicle, home, or investment property—by providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.

Your mission is to assess each client’s unique needs, recommend the most appropriate coverage, and build trusted, long-term relationships. As a senior advisor, you will also set the standard for service excellence and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Sell and service auto and property insurance products
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and referrals
Conduct in-depth fact-finding to assess client needs and existing coverage
Develop and present customized insurance solutions
Prepare quotes and manage the application and underwriting process
Deliver policies and provide ongoing client service and follow-ups
Communicate with claims adjusters and assist clients through claims processes
Maintain industry knowledge and stay current with product offerings
Contribute to team performance and mentor junior team members where applicable
Enhance the agency’s reputation through professionalism and client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

Strong sales and prospecting experience with a proven track record
Ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and client-focused approach
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry practices

Education & Requirements

Post-secondary education in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
Valid RIBO or OTL license (required)
LLQP license (required)
Ongoing commitment to continuing education and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000 plus
Monthly production bonuses
