Title: Outbound Sales Manager
Location: Markham, ON (On-site)
Salary: $110,000 – $145,000

Responsibilities:

Own the BDR team in the Canadian office, providing strategic direction and managing day-to-day operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Revenue teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue outcomes.
Coach and develop BDRs on prospecting and pipeline generation across channels, including cold calling, email, SMS, and social media.
Clearly communicate WellnessLiving’s value proposition to generate interest and drive product demonstrations.
Set quotas and support planning, forecasting, compensation modeling, and resource allocation.
Develop and execute effective prospecting and outreach strategies in partnership with sales leadership.
Monitor pipeline health and performance metrics, including conversion rates, deal progression, win/loss analysis, and forecast accuracy.
Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement; implement scalable solutions to optimize efficiency.
Maintain data hygiene across pipelines and CRM systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and minimal duplication.
Oversee lead management processes, including capture, scoring, routing, and lifecycle progression through marketing automation.
Generate and deliver actionable insights and reports to leadership to support data-driven decision-making.
Mentor and support team growth, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Build and maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and campaign operations.
Prioritize effectively while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs.

Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of progressive experience in a BDR, SDR, Lead Gen, or Pre-Sales role, with a minimum of 3 years in a BDR Manager position.
Experience within the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
Demonstrated drive to achieve and surpass measurable performance goals.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment, collaborating effectively with peers who encourage continuous improvement.
Strong time management skills and a receptive approach to feedback.
Proven experience coaching, mentoring, and guiding sales professionals towards their professional development and growth.
Willingness to lead by example, including proficiency in cold calling to demonstrate effective techniques to the team.
Excellent prioritization skills for managing competing tasks while consistently prioritizing customer needs.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
