• As a Senior Service Repair Technician, you will operate on site at customer locations and provide advanced equipment installation, diagnose equipment problems, and train employees.
• You will be in charge of identifying issues and presenting solutions.
• Develop and present proposals and quotes to clients for repair
• Ensure service team completes activity log daily
• Monitor and track monthly sales for service and repair department and reports statistics to management
• Service and repair restoration, abatement, respiratory, and confined space equipment
• Conducts in-house or on-site DOP testing

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Certificate or license in WHMIS, TDG or forklift operations preferred
• 3 years required; 5 years preferred service and repair experience
• 3 years required; 5 years preferred customer service experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
