About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Management Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee team operations, manage client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives to ensure organizational success. You will be instrumental in driving high performance and maintaining a positive team culture.

This position offers hybrid flexibility and is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage internal teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Oversee day-to-day operations, project timelines, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Analyze performance metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Coach and mentor team members to support growth and development.

Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in project management tools and systems.

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no international applications).

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 (based on experience and role type)

Flexible Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Work Model: Hybrid (hybrid /on-site flexibility)
