Summary

Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Digital, the Director of E-Commerce will lead the strategy, growth, and optimization of our digital business across all channels, including our brand site and Amazon. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating closely with Marketing, Creative, Product Development, Finance, and Operations to deliver a seamless, revenue-driving online experience while building a strong foundation for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Winky Lux's e-commerce business.
Drive profitable sales growth while ensuring a customer-first site experience.
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, site enhancements,updates and partnerships with digital agencies.
Lead digital brand marketing and communication plans aligned to business goals.Partner with Creative & Marketing to launch products and deliver engaging, conversion-driven content.
Monitor and analyze site performance and share-outs, while delivering actionable insights on conversion, AOV, bounce rate, new customer acquisition, and more.
Collaborate with Product Development and Marketing to optimize the online assortment and merchandising strategy.
Oversee site content, SEO, CRO, and technical optimization of WinkyLux.com.
Manage and lead the lifecycle and performance marketing, including email, SMS, digital paid, acquisition, and retention.
Manage Amazon channel strategy in partnership with external agencies to ensure KPI achievement and profitability.
Leverage consumer insights from digital interactions to guide brand strategy and innovation.
Optimize and manage the affiliate program on Impact while driving growth and revenue

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or digital leadership roles.
Strong track record of driving site performance and delivering results in sales, conversion, and acquisition.
Advanced expertise with Shopify Plus and related apps.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day operations.
Excellent cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
