As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Responsibilities

Install roofing systems including shingles, tiles, and metal roofs according to specifications and blueprints
Perform repairs on existing roofs, including caulking and sealing to prevent leaks
Conduct regular inspections of roofs to identify potential issues and recommend solutions
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete roofing tasks
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
Assist in heavy lifting of materials as needed during installation or repair processes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of projects

Experience

Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry
Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment relevant to roofing tasks
Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding building specifications
Experience in maintenance person tasks or carpentry is a plus
Ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights safely
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
