Key Responsibilities

CNC Operation: Setup and operate CNC milling and turning machines.
Programming: Utilize CAD/CAM Software and G-codes to write programs
Quality First: Use micrometers and calipers to maintain strict dimensional accuracy for our high-precision products.
Blueprints: Interpret technical drawings and CAD/CAM files; adjust G-code to improve production efficiency.
Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Certification: Red Seal Machinist (or international equivalent).
Experience: Proven CNC machining experience, specifically with lathes/turning.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of G-code, tool setups, and precision measurement.
Attributes: Detail-oriented, safe, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical: Ability to stand for shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
