Position Overview:
Responsible for executing the business strategies as developed by the Country Manager, the Regional Sales Director, and the National Accounts Director. Oversee the development of the Christian Dior brands at the retail sales level within an assigned territory. In certain areas, they also have net sales responsibiliti
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Execution of Account Strategy by:
- Achieving established retail and net sales goals as set forth by the Country Manager and Regional Sales Director.
- Ensuring the proper usage of the Daily Business Record, the Retailer Client Systems, and the Business Planner.
- Recruiting, hiring, and motivating Beauty Stylists to achieve established sales goals.
- Recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and managing Selling Specialists to assist in the achievement of sales goals. The responsibility also includes proper budget management.
- Working with the appropriate store personnel in the proper planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and special events. This responsibility includes working on the sales floor with teams.
- Implementing the corporate merchandising guidelines to ensure the Dior brand image at point of sale at all times.
- Negotiating with store personnel to gain space and improve locations for all product categories at the beauty counter, women’s fragrance counter, and the men’s bar.
- Providing the Toronto office with updates for the account profile book including changes to space, location, and staffing.
- Assisting the Education department in the training and development of all Beauty Stylists while maintaining constant and productive communication/partnerships with the Education Managers. Includes performing ECTs (Express Committed Training) at Sephora.
- Performing all other job-related activities as directed by the Country Manager, Regional Sales Director, or the National Accounts Director.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of field sales experience or prestige fragrance and/or cosmetics buying experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Achievement oriented
- Solid business acumen and good financial aptitude
- Leadership presence
- Multifunctional with strong organizational skills.
- Computer proficient
- Ability to drive and maintain a valid driver’s license in Canada
- Ability to travel 60%+

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $75-90k CAD.
