We are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Residential Energy Conservation Programs. This role is pivotal in identifying and leading strategic initiatives to enhance our Residential DSM program delivery and results. The successful candidate will lead the creation and governance of contracts with collaboration partners, third parties, and others, ensuring the development and maintenance of internal and external relationships. Additionally, this role involves leading the development and execution of partnership financial reporting, communication plans, and tracking action items to ensure accurate and up-to-date budgets. Note: The internal title is Senior Advisor, Residential Energy Conservation Programs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and governance of contracts with collaboration partners and third parties. Develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external parties. Lead the development and execution of partnership financial reporting and reconciliation processes. Support program annual processes, studies, pilots, and program enhancements. Identify and facilitate material changes to program offerings, including evaluation and tracking requirements, scenario planning and opportunities to mitigate risk proactively. Lead strategic planning and projects within the Residential DSM delivery execution team. Support day-to-day intensified items of Advisors and Sr. Analysts to ensure smooth program execution. Qualifications: Related university degree in a related field such as Business, Law, or Finance. Minimum of 6 years of progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation program design/delivery, project management, and budgeting/reconciliation processes. Superior collaboration, project management, process mapping, organizational, and multi-tasking skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Outstanding leadership abilities, including change management and the ability to influence without authority. Strong problem-solving skills are demonstrated through a proven ability to identify solutions to complex challenges. Strategic thinker with the ability to make decisions and act within an evolving market. Customer and results focused. Working Conditions: This position requires light physical effort and normal visual/sensory effort. Typically operates in an office work environment. Light travel may be required.
