Located in La Patrie, Unik Parquet is looking for a colorist to help design high-quality wood floors.

As a colorist, you will enjoy a stable 40-hour workweek, during the day, with Friday afternoon off!
Join a growing company with the opportunity to work overtime, and a salary between $25 and $35 per hour, depending on experience.
The future colorist will receive training from the current colorist.
Responsibilities:
- Develop colors based on client requests.
- Create color samples to present to clients for approval.
- Maintain a color recipe document for developed colors.
- Prepare colors for the finishing team.
- Ensure that developed colors are accurately represented during application.
- Assist the finishing department when needed.
Skills:
- Knowledge of wood species.
- Understanding of colors.
- A background as a colorist (Asset).
- Experience with staining (Painting).
- Ability to apply lacquer and other finishes.
- Ability to paint horizontally or vertically.
