4. Terminations

5. Salary Change / Tenure Changes Impacts to Contributions/Premiums (working with Payroll Team)
6. Retirement Contribution Files / Audits
7. M&A Transactions (example: testnet)
8. Compliance Related
a) T4 - Quebec Tax Reporting
b) All clean up efforts associated with ADP, Oracle, and carriers including demographic info, contributions, etc
9. askHR cases (Employee questions)
10. Enhance Manual Processes and explore automation
11. Knowledge Articles
12. HSCA Contributions
13. Canadian Pension
