Concrete Finisher Foreman

Key Information:

Must have a minimum 3-5 years of construction experience in a foreman role.
Must have 3 years of industrial construction or equivalent experience.
Must be able to spread, level & smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand, or power trowel.
Hours: Project dependent. Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime hours needed during the busy season (April - October)
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends. (on-call rotation)
Hourly rate is dependent on experience.

Job Description:

Spread, level & smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand, or power trowel.
Position reinforcing rods to repair concrete using power saw and drill.
Raking, shoveling, & hand floating.
Responsible for carrying out work in compliance with applicable safety codes
Communicating with the Operators, and Crew members.

Experience and Certification Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of construction experience in a foreman role required.
3 years of Industrial construction or equivalent experience required.
CSTS-09 or 2020 and WHMIS 2015 required.
Drug and Alcohol Test is required.
Strong communication skills.
Must have strong working knowledge of concrete construction.
A reliable means of transportation is required.
Proficient English language skills required.

Education: Completion of high school or equivalent is required.
