The Role
As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end search delivery. You will work directly with clients and candidates to lead retained and exclusive search assignments, build long-term relationships, and contribute to our firm’s growth and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle executive search assignments from intake to placement.
- Partner with clients to understand business goals, culture, and leadership needs.
- Develop and execute customized search strategies including talent mapping, research, and outreach.
- Qualify, assess, and present high-caliber candidates for leadership roles.
- Provide candidate and client experience with regular communication and updates.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM and search systems.
- Stay current with industry and market trends to advise clients with insight and credibility.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in executive search, recruitment, or consulting; agency or boutique firm background strongly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven success in placing senior-level roles; strong references.
- Client Savvy: Comfortable engaging and advising C-suite leaders and boards.
- Candidate Fluency: Skilled at evaluating leadership traits, motivations, and long-term fit.
- Project Management: Ability to juggle multiple assignments, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and research tools.
