Job Overview
As a Data Entry Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management. You will be responsible for entering and processing large volumes of data into our systems, ensuring that all information is entered correctly and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role should have exceptional attention to detail, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Pay: $29.34 - $32.54 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Enter and verify data accurately and efficiently into company databases
Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
Ensure all data entry meets company standards and guidelines
Maintain electronic and physical records of all data entered
Perform regular data backups to ensure data security
Communicate with team members and superiors to resolve any data entry issues
Adhere to company policies and procedures for data confidentiality and security
Assist in the development of data management processes and procedures
Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to optimize data entry procedures and accuracy
Complete any other data entry tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications And Skills
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Proficient computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of data management and database systems is a plus
