Millwrights - up to $44/hr to start dep on exper.
SHIFT OPTIONS:
- DAY SHIFT (straight) - 6:00am to 2:00pm, OR
- AFTERNOON SHIFT (straight)- 2:00pm to 10:00pm, OR
- NIGHT SHIFT (straight) - 10:00pm to 6:00am
Location: Burlington, Ontario
Requirements:
• Licensed Red Seal Industrial Millwright or equivalent experience will be considered
• 5 yrs+ experience maintaining mechanical equipment
• Any experience with metal forming or steel tubing equipment an asset but not required
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, drawings
• Excellent communication skills written and verbal
• Excellent mechanical aptitude
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
• Computer literate
Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems on production and auxiliary equipment
- Modify, repair or replace parts of machinery to maintain production capacity
- Inspect, lubricate machine part and determine future maintenance requirements
- Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the departmental safety action plans
- Read and interpret drawings and schematics to determine spare parts requirements
- Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all safety procedures
