Title of the position: Chief Purpose Consultant (NOC 11201).
Job duties:
• As a lead consultant, assist brands and organizations to find their purpose.
• Work with clients to develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct workshops with employees to help them understand the concept of purpose and their purpose.
• Write thought leadership articles concerning the concept of purpose.
• Engage in public speaking to help educate and inspire audiences concerning the concept of purpose.
Terms of employment: Permanent and full-time.

Wage: $57.69 per hour.

Skills requirements:
• Required education:
o A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, or a related field is required.
o A master’s degree would be an asset.
• Required work experience and skills:
o Extensive and substantial corporate and/or consulting experience.
o Extensive and substantial experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability initiatives, and social impact strategies.
o Strong leadership and communication skills and a proven track record of aligning organizational purpose with business operations, often including experience in areas like diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
o Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
Deep understanding of CSR frameworks, program development, and implementation across various aspects of a company's operations.
Expertise in developing and executing sustainability strategies, including environmental impact assessment, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
o Social Impact Measurement:
Experience in designing and managing metrics to evaluate the social impact of corporate initiatives.
o Stakeholder Management:
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders including NGOs, community organizations, and internal teams.
o Strategic Planning:
Capable of integrating purpose-driven initiatives into the overall business strategy and decision-making processes.
o Communication and Advocacy:
Excellent communication skills to articulate the company's purpose to employees, customers, and the broader public.
o DEI Expertise:
Experience in leading and implementing DEI strategies within an organization.
