Job Summary: As a member of the senior management team, the Director of Operations is a key strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa (YSB). This role provides high-level operational leadership, coordination, and execution support to ensure organizational alignment, operational excellence, and delivery on YSB’s mission and strategic priorities. The Director of Operations works closely with program and administration leaders across the organization, serving as a connector, problem-solver, and advisor to advance organizational priorities and embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in all areas of operation
