OVERVIEWWe’re looking for a UX Designer who’s passionate about shaping how humans experience and interact with artificial intelligence. This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and empathy — someone who believes AI should feel less like a machine and more like a helpful, trustworthy collaborator.
As a UX Designer on our AI team, you’ll turn complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and emotionally resonant interfaces. You’ll design experiences that build user confidence, encourage exploration, and make cutting-edge technology accessible to everyone.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to bring to life adaptive interfaces, conversational tools, and intelligent systems that redefine what’s possible.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead UX strategy and design for AI-first products and features.
Design interaction models that make complex AI capabilities feel intuitive and transparent.
Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and PMs to prototype and test AI-driven workflows.
Develop frameworks for user control, feedback, and explainability in AI systems.
Create design systems, wireframes, and prototypes for chat, voice, and adaptive interfaces.
Stay current with trends in AI UX, ethics, and accessibility to inform design decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
3–6 years of experience in product or interaction design.
Portfolio showcasing UX work that blends design thinking with emerging technologies.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (especially UX around generative models or assistants).
Expertise in tools like Figma, Framer, or similar prototyping platforms.
Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams with engineers and researchers.
Bonus: Exposure to conversation design, data visualization, or adaptive UI systems.
You’ll design the future of how humans interact with AI—building experiences that are not only functional but emotionally intelligent, ethical, and elegant.
