Tim Hortons in Richmond, Delta and Surrey is looking to hire Permanent & Full-time Restaurant Manager. The person should have some Higher Secondary Education along with relevant minimum 2 years of work experience and passion to succeed in food service industry.

The person should be able to perform the following job duties and responsibilities for this job position:
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Train staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
We pay competitive wages of $26.71 to $40.00 per hour. We offer excellent and career growth for the management positions within the organization.
