Duties pertaining to the above position are deemed to include, but not be limited to: 1. Direct recruit and Headhunt appropriate candidates based on current open orders and area specialties of division. Recruit based on high quality low supply candidates to put together marketing plans for same. 2. Distribution and collection of applications and screening documents from employees and prospective employees. 3. Administering any required tests for applicants as required by customers. 4. Maintain thorough records and personnel files pertaining to applicants and current employees, both paper and electronic based. 5. Ask questions and listen to all prospects, customers and clients of Nova Staffing Inc. and then conduct presentations to prospects on the benefits of Nova Staffing Inc.'s services in a consultative manner. 6. Identify and solicit potential clients and arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients and accounts under management. 7. Perform or supervise the collection of all necessary research utilizing directories, telemarketing and cold calling, in order to create a prospect list and do all pre-call planning 8. Market high quality candidates to current and prospective customers as provided by coordinators/recruiters. 9. Customer service, that being, the completion of any task or function that is deliverable to customer and/or client, potential customer and client, candidate, employer or internal employee of the company, in a professional, courteous and in a Accommodations are available upon request for all individuals with disabilities taking part in the recruitment and selection process.
