Rate: $35-45/hr
Experience Required:
- 3–5 years in data analysis and dashboard development
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and visualization best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable reporting solutions
- Experience working collaboratively in agile teams and iterative development cycles
- Ability to identify and communicate data quality issues, dependencies, and risks
- Experience supporting knowledge transfer and training for internal users
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations on data presentation and analytics approaches
- Translate dashboard requirements into effective data visualizations and reporting structures
- Develop dashboards iteratively in collaboration with internal teams
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across dashboard products
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support backlog refinement
- Support testing, feedback sessions, and knowledge transfer to internal staff
