Position Details:
Job Title: Construction Manager
Number of positions: 1
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $51.92 per hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/40 hours per week.

Key duties:
. Develop and oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of complete landscaping projects, ensuring work is
completed on time and within budget.
. Review project designs, blueprints, and site conditions to determine appropriate construction methods, required materials, and project-specific budgets for landscaping works.
. Prepare project bids, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
. Supervise and direct site supervisors, foremen, and work crews engaged in hardscape and softscape construction.
. Manage procurement of construction equipment, tools, and landscape materials to maintain workflow efficiency.
. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and work progress, and prepare reports to management and clients, addressing any changes or challenges.
. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards, building codes, environmental regulations, and
company policies.
. Resolve technical or operational problems and provide guidance to foremen and field staff.
. Oversee quality assurance by inspecting completed work to ensure landscaping projects meet design
specifications and client expectations.
Requirements:
. Education: Completion of university degree or college diploma in construction, or in related field
. Experience: Minimum of two years of related experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role within
the field
. Language: Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Work Conditions:
