About the Role
The role is to develop, support and scale the front end and the back end of Eslanda’s platform. The Full Stack Developer makes sure the front end works the back end works and the whole system works. Checks the functionality checks the reliability and checks the performance of the application.
Key Responsibilities
Develop user-facing interfaces and backend systems
Maintain server logic and database structures
Integrate APIs and third-party services
Debug and optimize end-to-end performance
Collaborate on feature planning and system upgrades
Document technical processes
Maintain deployment pipelines
Education & Experience
Degree or equivalent experience in software development
Experience with both frontend and backend technologies
Technical / Professional Skills
JavaScript and modern frameworks
Backend systems and database handling
API development and integrations
Cloud hosting awareness
Debugging and optimization skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in startups or early-stage products
Knowledge of DevOps practices
Familiarity with no-code or hybrid stacks
