Job Title: Solderer - General Production WorkerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Solderer to join our production team. Your primary responsibilities will involve hand soldering of various components, including Axial and Radial leaded components, Through-hole connectors, and Single In-line and Dual In-line Packages. You will also work with 0603 or larger chip components, Metal Electrode Leadless Faces, and fine-pitched components such as QFPs and TSOPs.
Responsibilities
- Solder Axial and Radial leaded components.
- Solder Through-hole connectors and Single In-line and Dual In-line Packages.
- Solder 25 mils and below SOICs and PLCCs.
- Perform rework and repair using Hot Air Reflow and other de-soldering tools.
- Solder 0402 chip components or smaller.
- Solder fine-pitched components such as QFPs and TSOPs.
- Solder connectors with tightly packed leads.
- Perform rework and repair using auxiliary heating tools such as hot plate, oven, and hot mat.
Essential Skills- At least 2 years of through-hole soldering experience.
- Experience with the use of a microscope.
- Ability to read and understand assembly documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Good knowledge of SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies as per IPC A-610 standards.
- Preferred experience in electronics manufacturing.

Work Environment
The working environment is generally clean, with occasional exposure to dust, metals/solder, high noise levels from operating machines, and physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts.
