Manager of Guest Services

The Gathering Place is looking for a strong, compassionate leader to join us as Manager of Guest Services. This role provides leadership and clinical oversight for programs supporting Guests with complex health, mental health, and social needs.
What Youll Do
- Lead and support a dedicated team providing trauma-informed,Guest-centered care
- Oversees drop-in case management services and daily clinical operations
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff
- Provides ongoing clinical supervision to the Case Management team
- Ensure accurate documentation in our secure database
- Manage scheduling, leave approvals, and timesheets
- Build strong partnerships with healthcare and community providers
- Promote safety and model de-escalation techniques
- Participate in the on-call leadership rotation
- Support policy development and program planning
What You Bring
- Bachelors degreein a health-related field including Social Work, Psychology or Nursing(Masters an asset)
- 35 years of progressive leadership experience
- 5+ years experience in homelessness, housing, or mental health
- Strong grounding in trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and person-centered practice
- Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Clear Record of Conduct & Vulnerable Sector Check
Equivalencies will be considered.
We offer competitive compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and flexibility within a Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional evening or weekend coverage as needed.
